Our Packages

The Wedding Book is designed, printed & bound in Italy and offers a beautifully presented collection of bespoke hard backed books, showing images from your day using the latest printing techniques and subtle effects.

The range of album covers are just as stunning, ranging from transparent, soft silk through to metal & embossed leather.

Varying layouts throughout give a collection of colour, black & white and sepia images, panoramas also give a stunning effect to interiors and larger groups.

With each order for any of the Wedding Books you will also receive 4 additional guest books which are an exact smaller copy of the main album. These are ideal for parents, special guests, best man or bridesmaids. We also include a 7 page calendar of a year of your choice, which also includes selected images from the book.

All books come complete with 4 additional pocket books and a 7 page calendar with images from the album. Additional pocket books and parent books are available.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PACKAGES

All our packages are fully inclusive of your album from an extensive range available

'Bronze' 30 full colour 8 x 6 images. Full coverage at the ceremony and at the reception afterwards. A large selection of photographs will be taken from which you may choose 30 for insertion into a handmade album of your choice. £600

'Silver' 40 full colour and black & white images. Full coverage at the ceremony and the reception. Large selection of colour and black & white photographs from which to choose for you luxury album of your choice. £800

'Gold' 50 colour and black &white images together with two parents' albums. An all inclusive package which gives you coverage both in colour and black and white. Choose 50 mixed size images to insert into a luxury Italian album of your choice. Also included are two albums with 20 5 x 4 images for each of your parents. £1,100

'Platinum' 60 full colour and B&W images in mixed sizes contained in one of our superior book bound albums. Also included are the full collection of proofs to retain including an album to place them into. £1200

We have a purpose adapted studio where you can come along and view gallery prints & portfolios of complete weddings containing packages outlined above.

We offer a full re-print & enlargement service

Booking terms & conditions

£150 payable upon booking then 50% of balance 3 months prior to wedding, remainder payable upon collection of proofs.

A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a signed & completed booking form together with the appropriate deposit.

The terms of the booking are to hire the services of Steve Ford Photography for the time and date stated. Therefore if the terms of the booking are altered substantially the booking will be cancelled and all monies already paid forfeited.

Payments can be made by cash or cheque (Payable to Steve Ford Photography) Sorry we cannot accept card payments.

We reserve the right to charge a mileage allowance if the wedding or reception takes place outside the central Shropshire area. Also if we are requested to attend an evening reception this will attract a surcharge.

This is only a guide to our services and current prices and is only valid until superseded.

The proofs are normally available 2-3 weeks following your wedding. You may retain these proofs for a month, giving yourselves time to choose your favourites to go into your album from the stated range in the package.
